Pino’s Ristorante Pizzeria is an updated, old style Italian Family run restaurant which opened its doors back in 1973. Our food is old style and traditional Italian cuisine, including our staples Pizza and Pasta, which is made here on the premises daily. It is our staff and our loyal much loved customers that have ensured the success of Pino’s Ristorante Pizzeria over these many years.

Pino’s prides itself on having a mix of dynamic professionals, dedicated to this challenging and sometimes crazy industry. Staff have varied employment and personal experiences, which create a high level of combined professionalism and enthusiasm.

Staff are carefully selected by the managers and each staff member is treated as a respected individual. Executive management are hands-on in the business and work closely with staff on a daily basis. There is a definite sense of family, belonging and comradery amongst the team. It’s a happy environment.

Pino’s’s team might comprise of up to 30 employees at any one time. New staff may get to experience all facets of their chosen area (either floor or kitchen) before settling into a role which is best for them, although some staff will prefer to remain 'in their specific role.'

We strongly encourage our Apprentice Chefs to attend their chosen Registered Training Organisation in order to meet fellow peers and make important industry contacts. Pino’s Ristorante Pizzeria promotes and assists employees, through plenty of on-the-job training, to obtain Certificates in Hospitality Operations.

We are closed on Christmas Day and New Years Eve. We do expect all of our staff to be available Anzac Day and Easter, and throughout the busy periods, which commences for us in mid-November.

Pino’s Ristorante Pizzeria is very close to public transport. Staff Facilities, dedicated male and female change rooms with lockers are provided for your comfort.

Pino’s Ristorante Pizzeria seeks enthusiastic staff. For non-residents of Australia, you must have a full work visa.

Pino’s is a member of the Restaurant and Catering Association of NSW and the Crows Nest Chamber and Italian Chamber of Commerce.

You will be required to fulfil the following obligations:

Care for our customers by providing outstanding customer service
SMILE and be helpful to customers and fellow staff
Work as part of a TEAM and help other departments when required
Be available to work weekends and nights
Turn up to your shift ready to begin at the scheduled time ready for work
Present yourself neatly in the uniform provided as per the uniform policy
Take the time to know what’s happening at Pino’s and information about our products and services
Participate in training and attend staff and departmental meetings
Enjoy what you do and ensure customers know they are all special to Pino’s
